A Timeless Princess Hawaii Musical

A man out of time.

A kingdom in its final hour.

A Hawaiian musical journey through love and history.

A present-day U.S. Marine. A stolen royal pendant. And a journey that ends in 1898 Hawaiʻi — at a moment from which the Kingdom would not return. A Timeless Princess is an original musical, years in the making, opening at the Royal Hawaiian Theater in Waikīkī.

THE STORY

It begins at ʻIolani Palace.

A present-day U.S. Marine, drawn into the past, finds himself in the final years of the Hawaiian Kingdom on a single mission: recover a stolen royal pendant tied to the spirit of the Hawaiian people.

In 1898, he encountered Princess Kaʻiulani at a pivotal moment — in her life and in the history of her nation.

What begins as an objective becomes a personal conflict, shaped by connection, responsibility, and the realization that not all outcomes can be changed.

The story moves across time. Its tension stays grounded in a single question:

What do we choose to carry forward when faced with irreversible change?

Our Approach

This is not a historical retelling. It is a story inspired by history, shaped to be felt rather than explained.

Hawaiʻi’s past is not a backdrop. It is the ground the story stands on. We approach it with care — for the place, for the people, and for the moments that shaped a kingdom.

What we offer is a perspective. A fictional narrative that draws from real history without trying to replace it. An invitation to look deeper.

The Experience

A Timeless Princess is a 90-minute production designed to move with the rhythm of film — while remaining grounded in live performance.

Original composition. Cinematic staging. Choreography, lighting, and visual design that work together as one continuous narrative.

Music is not separate from the story; it is embedded within it. Transitions between time and place are fluid. The result is an experience that feels immediate and cohesive — accessible to a broad audience without sacrificing emotional depth.

THE VENUE

The Royal Hawaiian Theater sits on the 4th floor of the Royal Hawaiian Center, in the heart of Waikīkī.

A 750-seat indoor venue. Tiered seating. Advanced sound and lighting. A full stage with integrated giant and side screens — the technical foundation built to bring the production to life.

Fully air-conditioned. ADA accessible. Part of a smoke-free facility. A consistent, comfortable evening.

Some stories ask to be witnessed.
